This provides full search service option wherein we recommend where to buy, what type of property to buy and assist with the due diligence process. We are with you at every stage of the process until settlement. Most suited for investors. Fee is between 1% and 2.5% of the property price.

Help with closing a deal

This package is for homebuyers who have a deposit ready with a home loan approval in place. They have even shortlisted a property and want quick help with due diligence, price negotiation and closing the deal. Popular with owner occupiers. Contact for a quote.
